TERMS: Grace period = 10 years; Maturity = 40 years
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project’s main objective is to improve quality, efficiency and access to primary health care services; and to improve financial sustainability of the health care system. This project will have three components: support health care reform program; support phased implementation of primary health care development; and support a Project Management Network and a central Technical Services Unit.
