WASHINGTON, March 18, 2008 - The following project was approved today by the World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors:  IBRD Loan: US$46.4 million TERMS: Standard Terms PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Delivery of Improved Local Services (DILS) project aims to assist the Government of increase the capacity of institutional actors in order to improve access to and the efficiency, equity and quality of local delivery of health, education and social protection services, in a decentralizing environment.
